Château Sirio is a family vineyard acquired in 2015 by a Franco-Irish couple, Fabrice and Emer. The estate covers 18 hectares in a single block, 12 of which are AOP Graves. For the moment, only two-thirds are in production, with 6 hectares of red and 3 of white. The vines are grown with respect for the environment and biodiversity. Since 2023, the estate has held the Bee Friendly label, a commitment to the protection of pollinating insects.
