A beautiful golden color with apricot highlights. On the nose, cold smoke is quickly replaced by round notes of currant, fresh date and citrus fruit, with a lively hint of lemon, seasoned with sweet spices. On the palate, sweetness and freshness are perfectly balanced in a full but fluid body. Sugar appears well integrated, and pleasant grapefruit zest bitters add length.
