Château d'Avize
This young house was taken over in 2010 and offers a range of wines from biodynamically run vineyards (certified organic in 2015 and biodynamic in 2018). The soils are ploughed by horse and 80% of the harvest is vinified in barrels. The wines rest 4 years minimum in the cellars before they are commercialised on the market.
