The nose is licorice and spice (pepper, cinnamon, cardamom), with hints of caramel and chocolate. On the palate, ripe fruit aromas are combined with licorice. A wine that retains a great deal of freshness, with tannins that are still a little young but will soften with a little waiting or decanting.
