The palate is all sweetness, with seductive fruit, lively bubbles and controlled dosage. On the palate, tension and acidity are perfectly balanced in a creamy body, enhanced by attractive bitters. The finish is seductively mineral.

Gioria-Latizeau
Gioria-Latizeau has been a family estate for four generations. It's an estate on a human scale, producing 25,000 bottles from vines located in the heart of the Marne valley, in the communes of Saulchery, Charly-sur-Marne and Essômes-sur-Marne. The family offers a classic range based on the blending of the three main Champagne grape varieties (pinot noir, pinot meunier, chardonnay). The winery is open all year round (by appointment).
