Daniel Deheurles & Filles
From father to son, then from father to daughter, the family domaine has endured for three generations at Celles-sur-Ource on the Côte de Bar. Mainly winegrowers, producing just a few thousand bottles, Daniel and Nicole, the second generation, decided to take the plunge into champagne-making in the 1990s, keeping their entire harvest and bottling it themselves. They work a vineyard of 15 well-defined plots planted with chardonnay, pinot noir, meunier and pinot blanc. Émilie, the third generation, joined them in 2010, followed by her sister Véronique.
