Gault&Millau's review
The production area is relatively small, as Valérie and Fabrice Closset own 7 hectares of vines. The aim is to express the terroir as respectfully as possible. The vines are grown according to biodynamic principles, with an emphasis on diversification. The estate also boasts orchards and beehives, a perfect ecological mix. The site has been certified organic by Ecocert since 2010 and biodynamic by Demeter since 2011.
