An enticing nose of wild strawberry, juicy pear and white flowers. On the palate, it's ripe and stewed, but still very energetic, with aromas of sweet spices. The bubbles are well integrated and accompany the length perfectly. The chalky finish makes this a lovely aperitif champagne.
