This cuvée, entirely issued from Bouzy Grand Cru terroir, has not undergone malolactic fermentation in order to preserve all its freshness and vivacity. On the palate, it is all vinosity and delicacy. The finish is pleasantly chalky and is begging you for another sip.

Since 2008, Brigitte Beaufort has been meticulously crafting her 14 parcels spread over 4 hectares, all certified Grand Cru (Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne). The proportion of blends varies according to the harvest, to produce dense, ripe and precise microcuvées, all from the same vintage. A new step was taken in 2022: the bottles are branded with his own name, numbered, with the composition of the blend, date of disgorgement and dosage, and the initials of his children's first names (Anne-Louise and Pierre-Herbert) are now included in the name of each of his cuvées. A red Bouzy completes the range of champagnes.
