A cuvée dominated by notes of candied white fruit, salted butter caramel, plum, mirabelle plum and buttered brioche, punctuated by a touch of empyreum. The bubbles are fine and refreshing. The precise palate develops an unctuous, invigorating texture, enlivened by perfectly coated acidity. A wine made for laying down. Pair with grilled lobster.

Descended from a line of winegrowers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family's 12 ha of vineyards. Surrounded by Christophe Constant, oenologist and production manager, they produce champagnes rooted in the Bouzy terroir, which is classified as a Grand Cru. Particular care is taken throughout production, and the harvest date, which is crucial to the balance of the grapes, is often pushed back to the earliest possible date. The company is particularly involved in the recognition of the Champagne hillsides, and in 2023 achieved its first certified organic harvest.
