Sweet citrus fruits (pomelo, tangerine, sweet orange) and honeyed white flowers share a rather charming bouquet, even if it doesn't dare reveal itself too much and plays on false shyness. Aromas of English candy come to the fore on aeration. The palate is very delicate, softly acidic and reminiscent of an orange berlingot. Floral notes (peony) are found in a rather creamy body, with softened bubbles and a perfectly balanced dosage.

After several years in the perfume industry, Angélique Lacroix decided to take the lead of the family business. The estate which covers just over 4 hectares, is located in the heart of the Marne Valley. In 2018, she won the Trophée Jeunes Talents de Champagne with the Champagne rosé “Irresistible Angel”.
