Sponsored The wood fire crackles in the fireplace in winter and on a few evenings throughout the year, for the pleasure of guests and to cook figatellis or meats. Here, everything is simple, friendly and pleasant. Dishes are home-cooked using local produce. Cheese fritters and fresh tagliatelle flambéed in cognac, with parmesan cut from the tomme, are particularly popular. The menu changes frequently to reflect the seasons and the chef's whims. The dishes, always very generous, exude Corsican flavors, but not exclusively. The setting, both authentic and contemporary, is designed to be warm and inviting for shared moments, especially with the family. Good spirits reign both in the dining room and on the terrace. Nestled in the mountains, the restaurant is surrounded by greenery and offers a superb view of the landscape. A lovely setting, a real invitation to a digestive stroll or a moment of idleness after the meal.
