Chef's Restaurant Twenty years have passed since Baptiste Fournier took the helm of the family business, succeeding his parents Daniel and Pascale. Our most loyal readers will remember that this former Passard pupil was Grand de Demain in 2011, and all will appreciate the time spent in this warm house set in the village square. An attractive lunchtime menu, and a menu that brings people together, without taking too many risks, with a pretty duck foie gras and beet with sweet spices, grilled mackerel, peas and carrots with red curry, with a gourmet twist on strawberry, rhubarb, white chocolate and a lovage sorbet for dessert. Nice cellar with a relevant choice by the glass, but we'd like it to be more consistent.
