Gourmet Restaurant Nestled on the top floor of the prestigious Maison Nô hotel, the restaurant boasts a magnificent view over the rooftops of Lyon's hyper-center thanks to its large rooftop. In the kitchen, newly-arrived chef Benjamin Capelier offers a short menu in which the chef expresses himself freely with local produce, without hiding his predilection for seafood, such as his poached oysters, all acidity and lightness, like the ravioles of oxtail with their comforting tastes, or the splendid pithiviers. For dessert, the menu is similarly short and focused on familiar tastes: mont blanc, pumpling spice latte or an all-chocolate sorbet topped with a gourmet caramel.
