Laurice and Pierre’s lively bistro is shaking things up in this corner of the Roanne suburbs! Located near Beaulieu Park, this spot—with its well-spaced tables—exudes a cheerful modernity, featuring wood and natural tones. The couple specializes in regional brasserie cuisine that’s hearty and inviting, featuring a skillet of six snails in parsley butter, frog legs, a larded beef steak with concentrated gravy, saffron potatoes, rustic burgers, and, to top it off, a chestnut sabayon with red fruit confit and morello cherry sorbet.
