Sponsored Near the Chelles train station, Léa Jouet and Kévin Algaron-White have created a very colorful universe, with a glass roof and plant-covered walls, for a cosy, family atmosphere that will take you on a journey. Their concept is to create recipes from around the world, with chicken as the basic ingredient. Vegetarian adaptations of many dishes are also available. Of Vietnamese origin, the Chef has drawn inspiration from Asian flavors, as well as from his travels, to compose a very cosmopolitan menu. The l'Envol salad, concocted with chicken, seasonal crudités and the famous carrot vinaigrette, and the Trip to Abidjan, a barbecued half-chicken marinated in lemongrass, plantains, jasmine rice and dog sauce or green sauce (a herbed mayonnaise) will thrill the taste buds of those who love discovery and exoticism. Suggestions are regularly added to the slate to transport you to faraway lands. Under the plane trees, as soon as the sun appears, you can enjoy the aromas escaping from the ovens.
