Selected A lively, cheerful bistro that proves once again that Rennes stands out for its good humor and its range of good-quality neighborhood restaurants on almost every street corner, of which AOC is one. The table holds its place well, with its parmesan tartlet, arugula pesto, sesame-flavored carrot brunoise and beet coulis with mascarpone, poultry from Paul et Oliver Renault tournedos breaded with panko, heart of aged cheddar, mustard mashed potatoes, braised vegetables and vegetable chips. Good cellar with around fifty references.
