Gourmet Restaurant Not far from La Défense, above Courbevoie, this pretty neighborhood bistro offers simple, efficient brasserie cuisine that brings together colleagues, friends and neighbors. The room is simply decorated, with a wooden spiral staircase and small bistro-style tables; in short, a popular atmosphere ideal for rediscovering classics from the repertoire, such as os à moelle, escargots, cod aioli with crisp vegetables, entrecote walnut and gratin dauphinois, fontainebleau with red fruits.
