Sponsored This old building on the GR34 provides a gentle break where hikers and locals alike enjoy a coffee, a drink and a gourmet snack throughout the day. Maxime's slate of high-quality charcuterie and cheeses from local artisans and his home-smoked fish are accompanied by seaweed breads created especially for him by the village baker. "We smoke the season's wild catch from the North-East Atlantic: tuna, swordfish, haddock, sardines, mackerel..." says Maxime, who created this place out of his love for the land. With the same Signature, he creates cocktails with Breton ciders, apple juices, spirits and liqueurs. Discover all his delights, comfortably seated by the fireplace or in the garden adorned with an incredible magnolia tree, especially during evenings featuring live concerts, theatrical improvisations and board games!
