Chef's Restaurant In this house in the countryside, returning to their roots after the hustle and bustle of the big houses and years in the city of Armentières, Cécilia and Nicolas Gautier seem to have found their nirvana. Nicolas is a preoccupied cook, but also motivated by his environment. How better to express himself than today, at the heart of production and action? Even better than anywhere before, he is becoming a true innkeeper, one who welcomes, entertains and nourishes his guests with the bounty of nature. Of course, if you're lucky enough to be one of the lucky twelve seated around the chef, you won't really know what he's inviting you to: it's closer to a table d'hôte than a restaurant, which can be a hindrance for many. But the modest prices, the eco approach (short circuits, traceability, anti-gaspi...) and the chef's level of expertise may help convince you. From €48 to €106, depending on the number of courses.
