Chef's Restaurant While there's nothing charming about this residential neighborhood, once you cross the high perimeter walls of this Auberge, the atmosphere changes completely, plunged as if by magic into the heart of a charming oasis of greenery, as if cut off from the outside world. Philippe Boucher has been at the helm of the kitchen for more than 40 years, offering luxurious Provençal cuisine and relying on the younger generation, embodied by his chef Antony Iorio, to keep up with the times. The Gourmand menu, under the symbolic €100 mark, offers a fine stroll through the great classics: raviole of prawns, oysters and yuzu pearls, scallops in a shell with herbs, softly cooked veal and pearl barley risotto, before a dessert on the theme of chestnuts, Genoa bread and blackcurrants, all round and acidic. Beautiful, classic cellar, attentive service.
