Remarkable Restaurant This classic restaurant focuses on technical cuisine using local produce. Thierry Renou deploys his gastronomic offering on the spacious patio, a fitting setting. The experience reveals an assertive savoir-faire in which technique structures strong flavors. A cuisine that assumes its local choices without concession, supported by professional service and a pertinent wine selection. Snacked langoustine opens the tasting session: precise cooking, creamy pea-sauce creaminess, claw juice that spices things up just right. The veal sweetbread confirms our technical mastery: perfectly cooked, teriyaki caramel adds a measured sweetness, artichoke tomatoes and parmesan harmoniously combine. The ossau-iraty, treated as a chantilly with a hint of shallot acidity, ensures a balanced transition to the final soufflé with its frank flavors. The brigade ensures smooth, attentive service.
