Gourmet Restaurant The resemblance to Plantxa, where Maximilien Kuzniar hails from, is striking in many details. This year, however, we were a little disappointed, especially in comparison with the original. Admittedly, the young chef applies the principles in vogue with determination, and we spend a good while behind this anthracite façade on a quiet street, in an "indus" decor to the rhythm of the 90s playlist. Mano's ceviche is perhaps a little light for a big appetite, the peach of the day with green vegetables and Noilly Prat is well done, even if the pearly cooking is a little long, and the chocolate and red fruit "winter body" dessert is pleasant. Mano remains as popular as ever (note that the bill has the good taste to remain very reasonable in relation to the services provided), with good room entertainment and dedicated service, and a modest but sufficient cellar with a small offer by the glass.
