Chef's Restaurant Dans un élégant domaine de neuf hectares au cœur de la forêt vosgienne, les jardins de Sophie**** est une retraite bucolique et luxueuse en pleine nature, avec spa et table gastronomique. Pour la création des assiettes, le chef Morgan Fady développe une idée moderne et voyageuse, des instincts méridionaux jalonnant la carte, comme un encornet flammé, sauce à manger aux herbes du jardin, un poisson plat poché au beurre, obione et rémoulade tiède de concombre à la livèche, une caille braisée au jambon, étuvée de févettes et melon, une pêche pochée au gewurztraminer et verveine. Menus à partir de 66 €.
