This is a place for special occasions, for families or couples, to rediscover the quality of local produce through the work of an unrivalled technician. Thierry Fernandes showcases his talents in two menus ranging from €60 to €112, featuring a scallop composition, a fine cod fillet from the Roanne fish market, free-range poultry with truffles and chanterelle mushrooms, and an authentic wild boar civet.
