Gourmet Restaurant A lovely cereal mill on the Seille since 1778, run for over twenty years by Franco and Massimo Donatelli. The beautiful stone building exudes genuine charm, with its arches and lovely terrace, and its warm, rustic rooms, where chef Massimo produces traditional Abruzzo-Burgundy cuisine, served by his wife Barbara. À la carte: arborio risotto with truffles, poultry liver terrine, Jura trout meunière, Bresse chicken with cream and button mushrooms, crispy mascarpone amarena tuile. Formulas from €24 to €49.
