Gourmet Restaurant It was once an inn that paid tribute to the watercress plantations located opposite this former mill. Today, it's a bistro that's very much of its time, with a renovated contemporary country setting and a cuisine with no particular Norman ties, making it a welcome stopover between Clères and Montville. The salmon and cheese "œuf cocotte" and fried pork chop with a mustard-herb cream sauce make for a quick, uneventful lunch, before a modest red fruit crumble. Young, friendly and efficient service, fairly varied cellar, local beers, but no cider, expensive wine by the glass.
