Remarkable Restaurant It's the epitome of luxury and elegance in the heart of Uzès, a magnificent 17th-century mansion with historic charm and modern comforts, outdoor pool, spa, suites and gourmet dining. The Relais & Châteaux has been home to the talents of Christophe Ducros for ten years now, offering local cuisine that draws on the best local produce. The chef imagines a true terroir cuisine, from Provence to the coast, bringing to life the heritage as well as imagining the future. Formulas range from €65 to €160 for the eight-course menu. Remarkable regional wine cellar.
