Chef's Restaurant All pleasure and strength at this table in the Saint-Patern district, which once again proves the richness of Vannes, between Iodé. Alexandre and Élise Juton serve up great, unpretentious, slash dishes: an interesting sea bream, beer, tarragon and gravelax, a delicate raviole, langouille, pulled-pork and onion broth, or a lemon, yuba, hazelnut and tonka dessert. Formulas at €40, €60 and €75. Well thought-out cellar.
