Chef's Restaurant The exceptional setting undeniably enhances the experience, but the cuisine also plays an active role in the pleasures of the house, and in customer loyalty. In the midst of Saint-Émilion's most prestigious estates, this magnificent late 19th-century château is now home to a 5* hotel, for a unique experience in the Bordeaux region. The restaurant is housed in a room with astonishing orientalist architecture, stained glass windows and carved woodwork, where you'll discover a well-executed plate: frosted feta, green soup and kintoa pig, snacked lean, fennel confit with sunflower honey, herbaceous siphon, duck breast with vine flavors, beet cooked in salt, cherry and almond condiment, a revisited strawberry dish. Well-kept service.
