Villa Miraé will open in May 2025 at Cap d'Antibes. Mauro Colagreco will be responsible for the culinary offering, including two Mediterranean-style restaurants.

A prestigious setting, a visionary chef, a unique experience: the announcement is already causing a stir in the world of haute gastronomy. Villa Miraé, formerly Impérial Garoupe, is about to write a new page in its history. After an ambitious renovation, this jewel of the Inwood Hotels group, a member of Relais & Châteaux, will unveil a culinary offering by Mauro Colagreco in May 2025.

True to his committed, eco-responsible philosophy, the Mirazur chef (4 toques) will infuse Villa Miraé (Cap d'Antibes) with a gastronomy in harmony with nature and the seasons. Between the sea and the hinterland, a free, sincere and deeply rooted cuisine awaits gourmets in two restaurants with distinct concepts.

Amarines by Mauro Colagreco: an ode to the Mediterranean

Designed as an evening dining experience, Amarines celebrates the spontaneity of the seasons and the richness of the Mediterranean terroir. Here, the chef is rooted in sustainable agriculture and fishing, sublimating simple, pure products in a cuisine that touches the soul and awakens the senses.

In an elegant and soothing setting, Amarines will welcome around fifty guests, between dining room and terrace, for an essential reconnection with nature and taste. Each dish will be an immersion in the chef's universe, constructed as a sensitive dialogue between land and sea, revealing the authenticity of products in their purest expression.

Miraé by Mauro Colagreco: a gourmet journey between France and Italy

Open for continuous service, Miraé by Mauro Colagreco will offer casual cuisine inspired by the great specialties of the French and Italian rivieras. From Genoa to Saint-Tropez, the chef revisits emblematic dishes with a modern twist, highlighting local, seasonal produce.

On the menu: spaghetti alla Genovese, fish of the day alla Ligure, stuffed zucchini flowers, socca, tarte Tropézienne... In a warm and friendly setting, with a terrace overlooking the swimming pool, Miraé promises a sunny, gourmet interlude to the tune of Dolce Vita.

A total experience from morning to night

at Villa Miraé, gastronomy is not limited to the restaurants: from the bar to the solarium, via the pool and breakfast, every moment will be a celebration of flavors.

With this new collaboration, Cap d'Antibes is set to become a must-visit destination for lovers of haute cuisine. Rendezvous in May 2025 for Mauro Colagreco's unique gastronomic immersion!
