Interested in attending the Sirha Omnivore 2024 festival? Find out all you need to know about the next edition, plus our tips for getting invitations!

After a 2023 edition rich in encounters and emotions, festival-goers are already looking forward to the Sirha Omnivore in 2024! This culinary festival is one of the food events not to be missed. Every year, it offers us the chance to meet the greatest chefs, follow their masterclasses and discover unique products. Here's everything you need to know about this extraordinary festival.

What is the Omnivore Festival?

Launched for the first time in 2006, the Omnivore Festival aims to showcase a new wave of chefs. A way of materializing a movement initiated three years earlier by journalist Luc Dubanchet, that of Jeune Cuisine. The idea was simple: to break away from the codified cuisine of the 2000s and support a new generation of creative, committed chefs.

Since then, Omnivore, which became Sirha Omnivore in 2020, has gone from strength to strength, and is now held in several countries (USA, Mexico, Australia...), as well as in Le Touquet since 2022.

Upcoming dates for the Sirha Omnivore festival

The next edition in the North of France will take place from March 23 to 25, 2024. In Paris, the date will be September 8, 2024. The festivities will be held at the Parc Floral.

What to do at Omnivore?

The Omnivore Festival program is subject to change from one year to the next. For the 2023 edition, which celebrated 20 years of young cuisine, the forum put Italy in the spotlight with four stages:

  • The Chefs Stage, where chefs and pastry chefs present a product, know-how or recipe during a masterclass.
  • The Sirha Food Forum is a discussion forum designed to provide food professionals with food for thought.
  • The Liquid Stage presents professionals and products from the world of spirits, wine, cocktails, beer and coffee.
  • The Origins Stage brings together Transgourmet producers.

And to welcome the public throughout the day, the festival provides foodtrucks for all tastes in a festive atmosphere.
