Signings, round-table discussions, prize-giving ceremonies, guest chefs... The Salon du livre de cuisine ancien et moderne returns on June 14 and 15, 2025 for a third edition rich in encounters.

The third edition of the Salon du livre de cuisine ancien et moderne will be held at the Marché du livre, in the heart of Paris's Parc Georges Brassens. Sponsored by culinary journalist François-Régis Gaudry and chaired by Guillaume Gomez, the event brings together over fifty authors, chefs, publishers, booksellers and enthusiasts. All will be presenting a wide variety of works: cookbooks, chefs' books, children's books, essays, old or rare works... Signings, meetings, round tables and events will punctuate this culinary weekend. Guest chefs include Alexandre Gauthier, Jean-François Piège and Christophe Hay. A unique event in France, combining antiquarian books and contemporary creations.
