Castel Clara, Belle-Île-en-Mer's iodine star, inaugurates a cure designed for 14-18 year-olds. A first: posture, skin, stress and a balanced diet are on the menu for a week of well-being.

belle-Île is not just about wind-sculpted cliffs and invigorating sea spray. It's also a place to restore your health and spirits at Castel Clara, a chic seaside resort overlooking the rugged coastline. Its Thalasso & Spa area, a 1000 m² iodized cocoon, has for years been the HQ for epicureans in search of respite. The establishment offers a cure specially designed for an unexpected generation, often overlooked by wellness centers: teenagers. Carine Gallen, director of the thalasso, observes that " parents want to share a moment of complicity with their children " and points out that teenagers, especially those aged 17, " want to discover treatments and do what their parents do ".

A well-thought-out cure

Called "Relaxation and Purity", the cure dedicated to 14-18 year-olds was designed hand-in-hand with a team of physiotherapists, coaches and dieticians. The idea? To offer them a bubble in which to breathe, away from screens and long schedules, while tactfully tackling the little ills of the ungrateful age: hunched backs, loose skin, light sleep and chaotic diet. All without infantilizing them.

The program includes three dynamic aquagym sessions - where they can meet up with their parents - to reconcile this generation with movement. The rest of the stay is devoted to a selection of four treatments, including the essential affusion showers, hydromassage baths and hydrojet beds. beds, not forgetting the essential 20-minute relaxation massage and a personalized facial by Thalion - the Breton specialist in marine cosmetics.

Another original feature appreciated by families is an individual appointment with a dietician to draw up a personalized dietary assessment. Lightness guaranteed, but without unnecessary deprivation, the aim being above all to lay the foundations for a sustainable lifestyle.

In a world where stress starts early, Castel Clara's teen cure has the good taste of not adding to it. You come as you are, with your complexes and your headphones, and you leave a little lighter. And what if Belle-Île also became the capital of zenitude for Gen Z?
