In January 2024, Alan Geaam will open a new restaurant dedicated to Lebanese vegetarian cuisine. The chef has already unveiled some of the dishes that will feature on the menu.

Where will Alan Geaam end? The chef, already at the helm of an eponymous restaurant, the Qasti bistro and the Lebanese pizzeria Faurn, will open a new address dedicated to vegetarian Lebanese cuisine, Qasti Green, in January 2024.

100% vegetarian Lebanese cuisine

Alan Geaam will unveil his new showcase at 41 rue des Jeûneurs. At Qasti Green, the chef aims to offer "a culinary experience that transports diners into a vegetarian atmosphere, evoking his childhood memories of markets in Lebanon."

It is in an "elegant and soothing" atmosphere that Alan Geaam opens a "new chapter in his cuisine", "blending creativity and authenticity". In the kitchen, he will be able to count on his niece, Zeinab Hachem, whom he has been training for 5 years and who will be cooking at Qasti Green.

Although the establishment is not yet open, the Lebanese-born chef has already unveiled a few dishes from the future menu. These include mezzés "such as fresh labneh with Kalamata olives accompanied by fried kale, or traditional fatayers with spinach and pine nuts."As creative as ever, Alan Geaam has also come up with a "celery mushroom and halloumi shawarma or vegetarian kebbeh with pumpkin, spinach or beet". On the sweet side, the man who recently inaugurated Qasti Pâtisserie invites you to indulge your sweet tooth with "kneffeh or mouhalabieh with grapefruit".

The big plus? Every Sunday, Qasti Green will offer a generous buffet brunch!
