The Grand Banquet organized at the Grand Contrôle à Airelles Château de Versailles is back for four dates at the end of 2024. Here's the program of festivities.

Here's an experience that will take you back in time!Alain Ducasse's Grand Contrôle restaurant, at Airelles Château de Versailles, is offering four exceptional evenings in late 2024 to plunge you back into the era of decadent feasting at the King's court. Here's everything you need to know to enjoy this unique experience in a sumptuous setting.

A dinner punctuated by artistic performances

If you wish you'd lived in another era, Le Grand Banquet is for you. On September 27 and 28, and December 13 and 14, Le Grand Contrôle plunges you into the heart of the Grand Siècle to discover sublime settings, large candlelit tables, a grand feast and some courtly entertainment.

The evening begins in the Salon d'Audience to discover an atmosphere worthy of the 18ᵉ century. Guests will then be led to dinner, punctuated by artistic performances, with "refined service worthy of a ballet echoing the symphony of flavors imagined by chef Alain Ducasse", promise the organizers. Tableware, floral arrangements, crystal chandeliers... everything is done to recreate a period atmosphere.

The menu is priced at 390€ per person with a non-alcoholic pairing, or 580€ for a food and wine menu. Diners are requested to wear elegant attire, and a suit jacket is required for men. You can reserve your table now by calling 01 85 36 05 77 or by e-mail: reservation.legrandcontrole@airelles.com.
