Gault&Millau's review
Pastry One of Paris's pastry celebrities in its 17th arrondissement store (four other units in Paris, one in Vincennes). It may have been that the adjoining works were disrupting the flow of traffic, but the shop window and atmosphere were less overheated on our last visit. This doesn't prevent us from appreciating the high quality of the viennoiserie and classics, such as the excellent flan parisien, millefeuille and paris-brest.
