Their combined experience at the Ritz, Plaza Athénée, Ladurée and Jean-Paul Hévin has been put to good use in this sober setting, where ingots, 14 x 2.5 cm pastries and finely-crafted chocolates are superimposed on one another. Whether it's for "White's White" (a creamy brown pastry) or the signature chocolate cake, the raw materials are meticulously monitored.
