This serious family-run business sources its produce from pig breeders who respect sustainable agriculture. Daniel, currently President of the Versailles Chamber of Trades and Crafts, and Nicolas have developed the catering side of the business, where cocktails, main courses and desserts are prepared to order, with meticulous attention to taste and presentation. Purchases are mainly made over the Internet. The boutique is more of a showroom, where customers can pick up their orders. They are also present at Poissy markets.
