Bakery Mathylda and Maxim, respectively 3rd and 1st in the Normandy regional selection for France's Best Apprentice, opened their establishment in 2024. To the delight of Celtiens, who had long been deprived of such a shop. The Maison offers a range of breads to suit all palates. Whether it's seed-based for easy preservation, sourdough for optimal digestion or traditional bread, each product has its own character. When it comes to pastries, we love the must-try items that this passionate couple revisit with talent, such as the lemon tart with its Breton shortbread, or the Paris-Brest with its light cream and old-fashioned praline. Another favorite is the Snickers cookie with salted butter caramel and peanuts. Last but not least, the snacking offer is as generous as it is delicious, with rolls, wraps, sandwiches with special breads, quiches and much more. An artisan bakery and patisserie that honors our heritage. As part of its success, the bakery plans to offer on-site tastings in the near future.
