Pastry Located in the Food Court Ground Control in the capital's 12th arrondissement, close to the Gare de Lyon and facing the gardens of the Coulée Verte, Marine Mateos magnifies the reputation of the Liège waffle with its delicious brioche dough. A gourmet waffle to match, freshly made every day to the Ecotable label, which rewards short distribution channels, organic flour and organic eggs. Available in salted butter caramel, hazelnut or speculato spread, dark chocolate ganache or lemon cream, the famous waffle, soft on the inside and crisp on the outside, is adorned each month with a new original fruit or seasonal flavor, according to Marine's imagination: strawberry-rhubarb, chestnut cream... The pastry chef's inspiration is infinite to delight your family snacks. In the dining room or on the Food Court's terrace, you can choose the best spot to enjoy your homemade Liège delicacy, from pastry to topping. An absolute delight!
