Chocolate factory
The Breton workshop in Quiberon became too small to export the chocolates to Japan, so Landévant took over with a large 2300 m2 laboratory, including a store, fortunately. Henri Le Roux will always be remembered as the brilliant creator of the famous "CBS" salted butter caramel. The son of a pastry chef, he also revealed himself as a talented chocolatier, notably with "Truffe de Truffe", combining soft chocolate ganache and fresh truffles. Inspiration now also comes from the flavors of the Far East, with chocolates featuring hojicha green tea, yuzu mint, yuzu macha bar...
