Cheese dairy
Nestled in the heart of the Avesnois region, this farm (run by Véronique Juste and her husband Pierre-Marie) is well known to the region's (good) restaurateurs, whom it supplies with cheeses. It specializes in the processing of dairy products: butter, fromage blanc, yoghurts and cheeses, with a particular focus on maroilles and its various variations, such as boulette d'Avesnes, cœur de Thiérache, mimolette de Thiérache or "El Tiot Courbeteux".
