Isabelle and Serge Broha work on their farm not far from Conques, on the route to Santiago de Compostela. The farm is made up of vineyards and pastures, allowing visitors to enjoy both Serge's wines and Isabelle's dairy products. You'll be able to taste the cabécou, the parabel, slightly larger and matured for longer (130 g), and the tomette, matured for a month and weighing around 210 g.
