Winemaker
Céline and Benoit Blet have been winegrowers in Oiron, a small Thouarsaise town of character in the northern Deux-Sèvres region, since 2004. They work with organic and biodynamic methods on 10 hectares of vines. Their wines, made from chenin, chardonnay, gamay beaujolais, gamay de bouze and cabernet franc grapes, are produced, aged and bottled on the estate.
