Bakery Confidentially speaking, Échiré is best known for its cream and butter. But it's also in this town that Éric Chevallereau, Meilleur ouvrier de France en boulangerie 2007, chose to set up a business a few years ago, opting to produce a limited range of quality baked goods using the famous products. And it's in a bright, welcoming boutique that the range is on display, with adaptations to match the latest trends: beaujo bread, pumpkin and pumpkin seeds... Plain breads, sandwiches, viennoiseries and all pastries are treated with equal care.
