Everything is neat and tidy, the staff smiling and welcoming as they take you into the exclusive world of Petrossian caviar. With many other amusements, such as foie gras, salmon of course, herring, charcuterie (pata negra for example), homemade preparations (pâté en croûte koulibiac) and even pastries.
