Description
Bakery Damien, a baker by training and pastry chef by passion, and his partner Margot chose the name of their store - which they took over in the summer of 2024 and now run between them - as a tribute to their home region. Boulangerie du Causse fills its shelves with tasty creations such as pastis and Quercy tarts. Everything is homemade, from scratch and from the heart. Locals and visiting gourmets alike appreciate the consistent quality of the bakery's great classics, as well as the novelties that are regularly on offer, whether sweet or savoury (for a quick snack or a buffet to garnish). Margot and Damien also have a flair for service. They're happy to accompany your two-tone croissant, for example, with a hot cup of coffee, as soon as the store opens in the morning. For special occasions and even special occasions, they adapt to their customers' tastes and desires. In summer, open Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. non-stop, Sundays 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
