Butchery In the heart of the beautiful resort of Les Gets, Boucherie Rossin has been opening its doors every year in season for almost 80 years. Now in its third generation, Julien and his wife Stéphanie, as well as Julien's parents Christian and Yvette, continue to lend a hand to this fine team. Customers appreciate the cheerful atmosphere, fueled by Sam, the emblematic butcher for almost 30 years, who brings with him the whole of this superb collective. One of the house's strong points is that it produces all the charcuterie it sells in the store itself. What's more, the establishment was awarded a bronze medal at the Concours International de Nouan-le-Fuzelier for its dry sausage: a nugget worth discovering to surprise your guests at aperitif time.
