Confectionery This is one of Vichy's most emblematic boutiques, a true testament to the splendor of the Vichy era, during the reign of Napoleon III. Its unique décor, some of which is period, is a jewel of Second Empire architecture, and showcases the company's creations, including the signatures that have made its reputation. These include, of course, marocain, the local version of Nevers negus, amandines, marrons glacés, fruit jellies and the famous Vichy pastilles.
